can t install vista me

i prepare install vista in one of free driver. The patition type is NTFS, i haven't burn the setup into DVD,i just express the ISO file to a folder. my OS is winXP..and all i do is in the XP....when the installation come to copying files. a error accur..."Setup was unable to locate a locally attached hard drive suitable for holding temporary setup files".. how could i slove the problem...thx!!!
